Hey all!
Welcome to the new guys who signed up at the 20th Annual Erie Pride Picnic this past Saturday! We had a great time and a record-setting turnout of 400. We just wanted to remind everyone that the next Bear Bar Night at the Zone Dance Club, 133 W 18th St, Erie PA is this Friday, June 22 at 10 PM. Hope to see you there!
Speaking of Pride events, the NW PA Pride Alliance will be marching in the Millcreek 4th of July Parade, which steps off at 9:45 AM on Wednesday, July 4. We are trying to get representation from various groups and organizations. I will be carrying the Erie Gay News banner, but we are hoping that some guys will be up for carrying the Drenched Fur banner, so that the Bear community is represented as well.
Can you help us out? Please let me know ASAP. The parade route is about a mile or so long, running from about 12th and Marshall to the Airport, and it is usually over by noon or so.
