Booking a room in the Drenched Fur group block will require a DF8 Run Registration.

This year's host facility contains 120+ Rooms total made up of rooms with Two Double Beds or rooms with One King Bed.  All rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis!

 

All hotel guests will also enjoy a free breakfast (which includes hot food items) served daily on the premises.

Room Rates this year are:

$80 plus tax for 1 King Bed per night

$90 plus tax for 2 Double Beds per night

$110 plus tax for 1 King Bed in a Pool Side room or Junior Suite

Rates are guaranteed to not increase for additional guests.

The Double Bed rate is excellent for those wishing to save a little on the cost of their hotel stay and here's how!  For example, if four DF attendees split a 'double double' room (2 double beds), they split the $90 between the four of them.  This comes out to roughly $25 each including taxes each night! 

These rates are good until March 1^st - then increasing based on rooms availability.

All room reservations for the Drenched Fur group block will require:

• a charge card to place room reservation
• a paid run registration (name from the run reg must match the room reservation)

Cancellations must be made directly to the hotel before March 29th, 2012 or charges will be incurred.
