As the DF Committee prepares for the run, we're currently contacting individuals that are interested in volunteering assistance during the run weekend. Below is the information about the various roles and times in which we're looking for assistance. We hope that you will consider helping us by contacting Gary the DF Run Coordinator via e-mail with the time, day and slot you would like to fill in. Being our fourth and by far largest year, we are relying more than in past years on the assistance from folks like yourself to help in ways that allows the committee to be free to focus on the bigger pieces of the run. Not only do you provide an incredible level of worth to the run going smoothly, you also have a great opportunity to meet other run attendees and folks. There is not a limitation on the amount of times, places you wish to volunteer. However we do want folks to enjoy themselves as well as be assured to meet the obligation for the time(s) selected. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we'll be glad to help provide answers.

Roles:
Registration ~ checking in folks, insuring the run waiver is signed, handing out run bags, answering various questions
Splash Lagoon Greeting ~ working in the lobby of the water park to greet attendees, provide directions to locations in the facility, insure wrist bands are provided/worn
Door Cover ~ insure that attendees have their name badge visible, handle monies for non-run attendees paying cover charge (if any), confirming pre-paid non-run registrants
Silent Auction ~ setup and assist handling donations/gifts won by the highest bidder
