Hospitality Room Sponsorship

In helping meet our mission of a low cost run for the attendees, we are again welcoming any individual(s), club or entity to help sponsor one of the various hospitality room social events during DFIII. 

There are 3 social events that have yet to be sponsorsed that take place in the hospitality room at the Avalon Hotel.  These events are:

Greet 'n Grope (Meet 'n Greet) - 7pm til 11pm Friday evening 

AfterBar Party1 - 1:30am til 4am Friday late night/Saturday early morning

AfterBar Party2 - 1:30am til 4am Saturday late night/Sunday early morning

 

Each social gathering is an opportunity to network and promote upcoming events, activities or your best things to share with others.  Sponsoring is only $150 per social event and pays for the supplies that the DFIII committee will provide for the social attendees.  Supplies provided include food, snacks, plates, utensils, mixers, beverages and more.  In addition to the sponsorship fee, sponsors will provide individuals to handle 'man-hours' for taking care of the door cover charge/admittance for the social event they've chosen to sponsor.  These events last typcially from 3 to 4 hours at most and we suggest having folks rotate door coverage so that everyone can enjoy the fun!
