This year individuals unable to attend the entire run will have the option of booking a hotel room at our overflow property using the request form below. This new setup is to help assure that individuals that are attending the overall run weekend have the ability to book at the host hotel.
Overflow Hotel Rooms will ONLY be reserved by using this request form.
This process allows non-run registrants to book rooms at our overflow property, the Comfort Inn on 12th Street. The Comfort Inn is located approximately one mile away and will have shuttle service between both properties nearly all weekend long. [20 hours each day with non-service in the pre-dawn time; check the run schedule for shuttle service times]
Approximately one month prior to the run, overflow hotel room bookings at the Comfort Inn may be offered the option to move to the Clarion Hotel Lake Erie, if the host hotel has not sold out completely. Also, in the event of last minute cancellations, overflow hotel bookings may be offered the opportunity to move their room reservation from the overflow Comfort Inn to the Clarion host hotel.
A copy of the information entered below will be provided directly to our dedicated hotel staff who will in turn contact you to book your room at the overflow hotel. A small amount of additional information will be requested including a credit/debit card to finish the reservation. Charges will not be applied at the time of placing said reservation. Upon completion of your room rez, an email confirmation will be sent only to you. The DF Committee WILL NOT have any of that information; only a copy of your request info submitted below as a backup, should any assistance be needed.
