What does the DF Run Guide Offer?
Our DF Run Guide is a printed resource for targeting specifically the attendees at Erie's only Bear Weekend Event! DF brings together folks from across the country as well as the surrounding Northwest PA, Western NY and far Eastern Ohio areas.
This year, we are providing printed ad space in the following sizes and rates:
1/8 Page: $25, 1-5/8" high by 2-7/8" wide.
1/4 Page: $45, 3-1/2" high by 2-7/8" wide.
1/2 Page: $65, either 3-1/2" high by 6" wide or 7" high by 2-7/8" wide.
Full Page: $85, 7-1/2" high by 6" wide.
I Want to Advertise, Now What?
Notifying us of your interest in advertising must be done no later than March 1st to allow for insuring ad artwork is completed in time for the run guide printing. Call or email, and send your properly-sized artwork by the 15th of the March to Gary at 1146 Brown Ave, Erie, PA 16502 or email it in either of the following ways:
1) Send a hard-copy - must be to size, preferably high-contrast, camera-ready, black&white non-returnable print (2 copies, just in case). All hard-copy ads submitted will be reproduced as close as possible.
2) Send a digital version. We support a host of file types and programs including Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat, Macromedia Freehand and Fireworks. We will support up to 600dpi TIFF, PDF or any of the above mentioned formats. Again, best results come from properly sized, high contrast, black&white images. If you are uncertain please call 814-384-0463 and ask.
3) Send both hard and digital copies, again, just in case.
Please, do not send a fax unless you want your ad to look like a fax.
What If I Don't Have an Already-Made Ad to Give You?
We can lay out an ad! Call, email and send us all the copy as well as any pictures you have or want to appear in the ad along with a description or short sketch of how you would like it to appear - be sure to include what size ad you want. We'll do the layout for you and send you back a proof before running the ad.
What about banner ads at the Drenched Fur web site?
We now offer banner ads at our web site. Drenched Fur is now offering banner ads on its web site at an introductory rate of $60 for an entire year. That comes out to just $5 per month! Banner ads will appear on all pages at the site. We can accept GIF (ncluding animated GIF), JPEG and Flash banner ads. Ads should be 468 by 60 pixels. Your ad will be placed into rotation with other ads, and we can email you the statistics for ad views and clicks each week. Need help laying out your ad? Let us know.
