Rates are guaranteed to not increase for additional guests. All rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis!
The Double Bed rate is an excellent deal for those wishing to save a little on the cost of their hotel stay and here's how! For example, if 4 DF attendees split a 'double double' room (2 double beds), they split the $79+ between the four of them. This comes out to just under $25 each person including taxes each night!
These rates are good until March 21st - then increasing to standard rates based on rooms availability.
All room reservations for the Drenched Fur group block will require a charge card to place room reservation. Each reservation must be guaranteed with one (1) night’s room and tax, either with a major credit card, check or cash. This deposit is due at the time of reservation, and prior to cut-off date, and is subject to a “24 hour” cancellation policy to avoid forfeiture. Any reservation not canceled in accordance with reservation policies will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax, and will be charged against the individual’s deposit.
A $50.00 early departure fee will be imposed for all guest swho register for a specific length of stay and check out early. The front desk staff will make every effort to confirm the guest's departure date upon check-in to minimize any confusion.
Our check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests arriving before 3:00pm, will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Front Desk Staff can arrange to check bagge for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
Each attendee is responsible for their own room, tax and incidentals. Rooms need to be guaranteed by each individual with a major credit card or cash deposit; otherwise, rooms will be held 24 hours of arrival then released for general sale.
Cancellations must be made directly to the hotel as soon as possible. Any cancellations made within 24 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night’s room and tax.
